1. Refund and return timeframe:
– After the sale of BMS, if it is not the reason of the supplier, generally do not support the return policy, if you have special needs, please contact with our staff: sale10@jlcpcba.com, we will do our best to deal with each of your products
2. Return conditions:
– To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
3. Items not eligible for return:
– Our general BMS warranty is one year time, quality problems that are not caused by the supplier are usually excluded from the return. However, we will do our best to assist in the repair to meet the customer’s product requirements
4. Proof of Return:
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
5. Return address:
– Please do not return the item directly to the shipping address, but to the specified address. Please contact a staff member for details
6. Partial Refund Situations:
-If the quality problem is due to the supplier, only partial refunds may be offered under certain circumstances, such as when the item shows obvious signs of use, or for any item that is not in its original condition.
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.
